Terms of Use — TypeFlow.

These terms govern your use of TypeFlow, the AI keyboard for iPhone and Android, made by ASAP Visuals, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using TypeFlow you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The app

TypeFlow is licensed, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from (the Apple Media Services Terms or the Google Play Terms of Service).

Free use and TypeFlow Pro

TypeFlow includes a limited number of free AI actions (Fix, Rewrite, Translate, Reply). Typing and voice are free. TypeFlow Pro removes the limit, subject to fair use.

Subscriptions. TypeFlow Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
• If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged.
• Plans billed in installments (for example a yearly plan paid monthly) are commitments for the full term: cancelling stops the renewal, not the payments left in the term.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

We may change prices for future periods; the store will notify you as its rules require.

AI results

TypeFlow uses AI to suggest corrections, rewrites, translations and replies. AI can be wrong, miss context or produce text you don’t agree with. Review every result before you send it. You’re responsible for what you send. Don’t rely on TypeFlow for legal, medical or other professional advice, or for translations where accuracy is critical.

Acceptable use

Don’t use TypeFlow to break the law, to harass or harm others, to create spam or scams, or to generate content that sexualizes minors. Don’t try to reverse engineer the app, overload or attack our service, or get around the free allowance. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

Your content

The text you write and the results TypeFlow makes for you are yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We may update TypeFlow, change or remove features, or stop the service. We’ll update these terms when needed and change the date at the top; continuing to use TypeFlow after that means you accept them.

Disclaimer and liability

TypeFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for TypeFlow in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
